So you may work full time, or part time or even casually for one or more employers. And I bet you work hard, you give it all you've got, you do your best and do what you're told.
Getting nowhere is an emotional state of mind. It is you who puts 'nowhere' to where you are. Where you actually are is somewhere, somewhere you were not before and may never be again.
This somewhere may even be the best place you can be. It is you who has put the negativity towards your current situation. Remember to see the positives and plus sides, be grateful for what you have and what you have already achieved.
If you're working hard at something and literally not making progress, you need to reassess how you're going about your work. If you don't change then neither will the outcomes.
If it's a complete change you seek, then go for it! If you've been slaving away at something that brings you no joy, why do it? Find that something that makes you feel alive, find your passion, do what you love and live the life you love.
I know you need to pay bills, but could you be working part time and studying what you truly want to do as well? Look at your options, don't give up and think it's all completely hopeless, because where there's a will there's a way!
