In the psychic sense , channelling refers to the channelling of thought and the higher self.

This is a form of inter dimensional communication and requires a channelling medium.

The medium will connect from the earth realm to the spirit realm by entering a trance or meditating.

In a session the medium can communicate with spirits, to an audience in the form of conversation.

Channelling is used to ask questions and find answers. It is also used in healing techniques and practices.
