Put simply, telepathy is the ability to hear the thoughts of others. As each individual broadcasts out their thoughts, telepaths are able to hear it.

Telepathy is also defined as the ability to send and receive messages without any sensory perception or physical contact.

It is the ability to feel or perceive from a distance, what someone else is feeling or perceiving.

Some people believe that the belief itself in telepathy is needed to send or receive telepathically. I disagree, as people are sending and receiving telepathic information without being aware or conscious of it.

It is the sub-conscious which is receptive or able to broadcast out. The impact of these unknown messages are why people all of sudden feel like they should or shouldn't do something.

But to master the ability to send or receive telepathically, the belief is required. To send or receive a telepathic communication on command, both parties must be true believers and have faith in their own ability.

Anyone can attempt telepathic communication, but it is those with self doubt, who have not mastered the art of positive thinking, that will not succeed.

For someone to truly believe one must first be empowered by knowledge and develop understanding.
