So what is a prediction?
Well it's a thought about what you think is going to happen in the future. This behaviour is derived from the desire to have control over your life. It's a very useful tool in adapting to change.
Why make predictions?
To be aware, remove uncertainty and anticipate change. By predicting life occupancies we can positively plan and improve your life.
An exercise to try at home:
1. Clear your mind of all thoughts, concerns or worries
2. Ask yourself 'what is going to happen tomorrow'
3. Write or draw what you see, think or feel
