Mental Mess

So often we feel a mental mess, our lives become complicated and we are overwhelmed with decisions to make. There are ways to calm and sooth the mental mess of our lives, through spiritual practice.

The universe holds the key to our troubles, and it begins in our minds. First we must acknowledge our connection to all things, and accept our solutions will come from within us. Inside us all is the answer, as we are apart of the infinite ocean of knowledge.

Seeking the answer from an external source may assist us in our decisions, but ultimately it is us who make the choice. I encourage spiritual readings, like
'The Mystics Path to Cosmic Power' by Vernon Howard, to attune you to the universes messages and guidance.

Meditation should also be practiced, to clear the mind to allow the universe to speak to us. We must listen with open ears, open hearts and open minds.
Bring yourself back to your centre, to a pure state of being, a higher consciousness.
