Managing Depression

Being unable to complete daily tasks, like the washing, the cleaning and preparing food, are signs of depression.

You are not alone! You may not realise that you're suffering from this well known problem.

If you excessively worry and have many negative thoughts, these are linked to depression.

Often people get irritated, agitated and fatigued for no reason. Well the reason may be that they suffer depression.

Sleep may be erratic, too much or too little, which are also signs of depression.

You may feel trapped and helpless.

Seek medical advice.
