Conflict arises within our lives sometimes all too often. Relationships can be hard at times, and it may as feel as though you're falling out of love or the spark has died.
When there are substances involved, like alcohol or even if you are suffering your own mental illness, conflict is sure to arise between you and a loved one.
Play out the argument if you must, but take a deep breath and sleep on it. Think of what outcome you truly want, not just for yourself, but for everyone.
Peace comes from within, and to find peace of mind we must remain calm. When we are angry, frustrated or hurt, our judgement is very much skewed and is not serving anyone's best interests.
Tomorrow is a brand new day, and heightened emotions are temporary. We do come to our senses eventually, and a good heart will forgive.
