Our mentality can lead us forward or send us back, the way which we choose to think about something will often dictate its outcome. Everyday we are faced with problems, conflict or decisions, and whether we view these as positive or negative, affects how we deal with them. We have been told a million times that positive thinking works, and it really does, but how to change our negativity to positivity is the most difficult task of all.
Some people are just plain pessimistic, with a general negative outlook of the world. Whereas the optimist will see the bright side of each and every situation. No matter who you are, the way you view the world affects your decisions and ability to cope with conflict.
