Painting can be so therapeutic, the brush strokes, the colours, the paint and the perspective. Through art and artistic creations we indulge the psyche, the subconsciousness and memory.

The choice is yours, the medium you choose is always the right one for you. Artistic practices such as drawing, colouring, photography and painting all give you a sense of accomplishment and pride.

Experiment in your artistic practice and always make time for a creation. Don't criticise yourself if it's not what you hoped for. Learn technique if you want to improve, take a class, Google and YouTube it.

My technique often involves copying an existing picture, drawing and or painting it.
