The new year has just begun, and some of us have celebrated quite extensively. Holidays and parties are prevalent this time of year, and people are taking more risks than usual.
Youth in particular are indulging in reckless behaviour, and so are some of the seniors. This is a huge time for accidents.
Maybe you or someone you know has recently had an accident. Or maybe an accident is just around the corner. So I heed you to be cautious, be safe and be responsible.
Every year thousands die on our roads, obesity prevalence is climbing and so are related diseases. Of course a major cause of many accidents is drugs and alcohol.
Our consumption of these substances needs to be safe and a responsible or a reasonable level. Enjoy yourself, but take care and look after one another.
